Alyssa Bellissimo

Hello, I’m Alyssa, an MSW student intern from University of Windsor. I have previously completed my Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto with a double major in Sociology and Political Science. I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and non‑judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.

My approach is collaborative and client‑centered. I believe that each person brings their own strengths, stories, and resilience, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as you navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.

As a student therapist, I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self‑esteem. I’m especially interested in helping clients build coping skills, deepen self‑awareness, and reconnect with their sense of agency.

I practice under the supervision of a registered clinician and am dedicated to ongoing learning, reflection, and growth. My goal is to offer a compassionate, grounded presence as you explore what healing and progress look like for you.
