We are part of a growing movement of Community Counselling clinics based on the belief that mental health care should be accessible to as many people as possible. Our lower fee counselling services are part of our commitment to creating a healthier community where everyone can get the help they need when they need it, at a more affordable fee.

All of our intern counsellors are in the final stage of completing their Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology or Social Work. They are directly supervised by a veteran counsellor, while completing their counselling education.

All sessions are 50 minutes long with a fee of $75 per session. As our interns are supervised by an M.S.W., R.S.W. you may be able to claim your sessions on your private health insurance. Please check if you have this type of coverage with your insurance provider.
