Greetings from your therapist, Marlowe Lindberg.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Marriage Therapist for nineteen years, and an Educator for 10 years, my passion is to transform client’s lives with proven therapeutic approaches that are grounded in science. Prior to being a Psychotherapist, I was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alberta. in the faculty of Education, and an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University. in the Faculty of Business and Administration Degree Program, and as well have been a high school teacher.  My background in education has had a great influence on my approach providing psychotherapy for my clients.   My clients tell me that I am easy to talk to. I provide therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and seniors.

When should you make an appointment with Marlowe? When you want to reclaim your life.
My goal is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, meaning or purpose, and work towards finding individually tailored solutions that are tailored to address your unique, emotional, and cognitive issues.  You will learn coping skills and learn how to integrate what you are doing in therapy into your daily life.
One of the approaches is psycho/education:  Psychoeducation involves giving clients accurate information about their diagnosis and treatment options. Psychoeducation is an important component of treatment, as it has been found to improve treatment outcomes for a wide variety of diagnoses.  Not only is psychoeducation an effective treatment on its own, but is compatible with other evidence-based therapy interventions, such as:

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT),
Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT),
Delectable Behaviour Therapy (DBT),
