Yoga as Healing

For Sexual Assault Survivors

Shari Dale CEO Psychotherapy for You Canada

Private 1 on 1 Sessions (online)
Location: Create a peaceful and calm place (online)

The Yoga as Healing program was developed by Zabie Yamasaki and will be facilitated by one of our trauma informed Yoga Teachers of Psychotherapy for You. Your instructor has been fully trained in the implementation of this program.

The program will explore re-connection to the self through mind, body, and spirit. It will provide survivors with a means of becoming reacquainted with their bodies, help them become grounded in the present moment, and allow them to explore the benefits of mindfulness as they flow from breath to movement in guided practice and meditation.

We create a personalized program to target your specific needs and help you heal through gentle non judgmental movement and mindfulness.

Trauma-informed Yoga Program for Survivors
