As a Registered Social Worker and virtual counselor based in Ontario, I hold a Master of Social Work degree, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and a diploma in Child and Youth Work. My focus is on providing strength-based, client-centered therapy services tailored to children aged 8 and above, individuals, families, and couples. Employing an anti-oppressive approach, I customize each session to meet the unique needs of every individual.

By creating a safe and confidential environment, I aim to help you explore your life goals and provide the necessary support to achieve them. My expertise spans a wide range of challenges including abuse, accidents, anxiety, ADHD, ASD & Asperger’s, behavioral issues, chronic pain, depression, education and learning disabilities, employment and career changes, grief and loss, identity struggles, life stressors, mental health, parenting issues, PTSD/Trauma, relationships, stress, and complex mental health issues.

Over two decades, I've worked across various settings with diverse clients, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities into my practice. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Training (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and Trauma-Informed Care.

I'm eager to connect with you and collaborate on how I can best support you on your journey towards healing and growth!
